How is this different from a regular CRM?
Most CRMs store contacts. We make sure every contact actually gets followed up. Each lead gets a due date, an owner and a place in today's call queue, and if a deadline is missed the agent's supervisor is alerted automatically.
Can a missed follow-up really alert my manager on Discord?
Yes. Every team member has a 'reports to' supervisor. When a follow-up is overdue past your escalation window, we notify the next person up the chain on Discord, email, WhatsApp or SMS, depending on their settings.
Do you support Bangladeshi SMS gateways and bKash?
Yes. We include pluggable BD SMS providers (SSL Wireless, BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS and other aggregators) plus Twilio for international numbers. You can pay for your subscription with bKash, SSLCommerz or an international card.
Can I manage multiple businesses or clients?
Yes. A workspace can hold multiple businesses, each with its own pipeline, playbook and contacts. The same customer can be linked to several businesses with a separate stage in each. Pro adds unlimited businesses; Agency adds white-label branding.
How do leads get in automatically?
Use the REST API, inbound webhooks, the embeddable website form, or the WordPress/WooCommerce plugin. New orders and leads become contacts with a first follow-up already scheduled.
