This policy explains what Buy or Block Inc. collects when you use Buy or Block, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number and Discord ID that you or your admin provide.
- Customer data: the contacts, follow-ups, call logs and notes your workspace stores. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Usage data: log and device information used for security and to improve the product.
- Billing data: plan and payment status. Card and wallet details are handled by Stripe, SSLCommerz or bKash and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To run the Service: showing your queue, sending reminders and escalations on the channels you enable, processing payments, providing support and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors
Hosting, email delivery, SMS gateways (Bangladeshi aggregators and Twilio), Discord and WhatsApp (for alerts you configure), and payment processors.
Isolation & security
Every workspace's data is logically isolated. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access is limited by role.
Retention & your rights
We keep data while your account is active, and delete it within 90 days after you close the workspace unless the law requires otherwise. You can access, export, correct or delete your data. Email support@buyorblock.com.
