Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Buy or Block (the "Service"), provided by Buy or Block Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for your workspace, the team members you invite, and keeping login credentials secure. The workspace owner controls billing and access.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, or to process data you have no right to process. You must comply with telecom, anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you, including the regulations of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) for SMS, and GDPR where applicable.

3. Your data

You own the contacts, notes and other content you put into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

4. Plans, trials & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in USD (card) or BDT (bKash, SSLCommerz or bank transfer). Trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Third-party services

SMS, WhatsApp, Discord, email and payment providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. Message delivery depends on those providers and on carrier networks.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with reasonable notice. If we make material changes to these Terms we will tell you in advance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.
